Sometimes for me to get projects done, I have to sell projects to support my automotive addiction.
I have many projects to complete, and if I get to these projects before they sell, then I may just keep them. If I work on them before they sell, I may raise the asking price to compensate for the work done. (fair enough?) Because pricing on these are subject to change....
